Oro International, Inc. cannot be held responsible for errors and omissions in the site and reserves the right to modify and correct errors at any time. We do not honor inaccurate or erroneous information. If a product is shown, that does not mean the product is available or still stocked. We will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping the product or cancel the order and notify you of such cancellation. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause.

Our products are subject to change without notice. All prices that are quoted in our follow-ups to orders or Requests For Quotes are based on the Second London Gold Fix (p.m.) and Silver Fix Market prices of the date given.  Prices are subject to change daily with the market until sold.

Products on the site may also contain technical inaccuracies or typographical errors (including weight variances), and may be changed, updated or modified at any time and from time to time without notice; Oro International, Inc. will not be liable or responsible for any such inaccuracies, errors, changes, or updates.

Oro International, Inc., at its sole discretion, may add, delete, or change some or all of its products and services at any time.

Oro International, Inc. has attempted to accurately depict the products offered on the site. Oro International, Inc. reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders at any time, including orders containing incorrect product descriptions or when we remove one of our customers due to lack of activity and abuse of policies.  This includes but is not limited to ordering products to meet compliance thresh holds and then returning them. Oro International, Inc. reserves the right to refuse an order from a customer for any reason at any time.
